girl on fire

I was tiding my closet up when I found this red dress. I remembered my dad brought this for me when he had chance to work in China a couple years ago. I don't have any chance to wear this cause it's tight. FYI, I was fat that time. Now? I lose lil weight. Actually, I'm happy cause finally I can lose it but then I realized that I hate the excuse of my losing which was broken h**rt and j*bless.. Ironically funny. After all those sadness, regrets, disappointment, I deciced to move on. Allah knows the best for me, what I need. I do want to be better person in the future, more grateful for everything I have, Inshaallah..  Anyway, this dress itself called cheongsams. It's tradional dress of Chinese women. I really love the colour, the pattern and the cut.

XOXO

A Week On a Post

Well, hmmm.. I don’t know where to start.. but let me try. On Tuesday I went to Yogyakarta for AcEPT and PAPs test cause it will be on Wednesday and Thursday. I stayed in my friend’s boarding house. Her name is Ririn, she’s my dear friend. Maybe you all curious what is AcEPT, and what is PAPs actually. So, I explain it first. AcEPT stand for Academic English Proficiency Test and PAPs is Potensi Akademik Pascasarjana. I think AcEPT is almost simillar with TOEFL, but it more difficult cause the answer of multiple choices is almost same, so it has to be very clear. PAPs test also difficult for the mathematic section. You know, I’m bad at it. For the result? I’m not sure I can reach the pass score. Yet, it was my first try... But still, I’m wishing for the best result. Please, please, please.. After PAPs on Thursday, I went back to home, it usually took 5 hours by bus. But accident happened on the way so cars, buses, trucks have to queued. Tired? Of course. My mom texted me what time I’ll reach home, cause we will go to Bogor for my cousin wedding. Only one thing on my mind, TIRED!

I reached home safely. My dad asked me that we won’t go together with the other who will go to Bogor. We will go separately, so I can relaxed for a moment. We didn’t go that night but in the very early morning, at 2 am exactly. My dad drove. The trip it self was fun, relax.. but still, tiring.. We rounded and rounded the way until finally found the hotel we will stay. Bogor is a nice place, the weather, the people.. The hotel we stayed is Padjadjaran Suites, nice hotel with a good view of my room. Gede Pangrango mountain! Awesome!

this is what we wore before,

then we change in to this. same cloth, different style, different feel, huh?! ;p

Just after we there, we have to ready attended “akad nikah”. Surprisingly, when we found the mosque for akad nikah, even without a clear address. There was only a few people in mosque. So yes, we waited.. The akad nikah was nice, solemn and quick. After that, we went to the wedding reception place, it’s near the mosque but I believe you can’t take a walk if you wears heels. It’s killing. And there.. Once more we have to wait. My stomach called for foods and my foot screamed out because of the heels.

There is a “welcoming session” when the bride and the groom entered the building with their families. Just after that, all the food available to be ate. After took some food, we gave congratulation to the bride and groom, took a photo then my father met his friend, chitted and chatted, and make a plan to meet tomorrow. Then we went to the hotel, sleep really deep and woke up tomorrow morning. Before we left Bogor, we visitted my father’s friend that we met last night at the wedding reception. We left Bogor on Saturday. It was really crowded, cars everywhere. And even in toll road, we have to run like a snail... Alhamadulillah we reached home safely this morning on 1 am.
